I strongly recommend the Modern Rehab Physical Therapy. There are many physical therapy clinics in my area (Boise/Meridian, Idaho) and I’m sure other clinics might be great too, but as far as I’m concerned, I’m not going to google “physical therapy” anymore, as I know from personal experience, that they made me a happy human being by not just easing my back pain, but by providing me with a long term solutions on how to prevent this from happening in the future.
